About Me

I recently got out of a 9 (yes...nine) year relationship and want to meet new people. I am open to lots of types of people and just want to see what it is like to meet people outside of high school. Today I am really into tattoos, tomorrow this may change.I am pretty traditional and old fashioned in most ways. I like to go to the lake/beach, read, watch movies, cook/bake and take pictures. I am also a somewhat stereo typical girl - This does not mean that I can't get dirty or go do your guy things with you. I might even beat you at your own game (okay...so I am a little bit competitive). Worst case scenario I can take pictures of you doing your crazy favorite activity - which I LOVE doing anyways. What I’m doing with my life:I am a preschool teacher. I don't have a credential (which you don't need to teach private school) when public schools start hiring again I would like to get my masters and credential at the same time so that I could teach 1st or 2nd grade. I love my job and working with kids and would not want to do anything else! I am kind of in a strange place of transition in my life. I am not sure what to transition to next. I am thinking about going back to school or maybe buying a house. I am usually very decisive and always have a plan. I am taking a bit of a vacation from this.Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food:I love to read. I like mysteries. I read the 50 Shades Trilogy because I felt like I had to since everyone else was reading them.I love CSI, NCIS,Bones, criminal shows, cooking shows, tattoo shows and really random informative stuff. If you get the song "****" and/or "I need" you will most likely begin to understand me. Recently I have become a huge country fan. I love dessert, Italian and MexicanFYI: I am not into religion and can't stand smokers/those into drugs. I am not interested in dating a guy who could be mistaken for my father or becoming an *** guys with kids may be great but, I don't want one (today...I will update if my mind changes).Note: Pretty please do not text me your number in the first message(s) you send me and think I will text you. I could go on and on about how I love to laugh and love to play in the mud in a big truck and how I love long walks on the beach and so on, but who doesn't enjoy activity of basically any sort? You get out and you do things with people. That's life. You don't need 'the one' to be able to do those things.     Hi! I love my job that transferred me out here and I love the friends I've made. But now it's time to see if there's that special someone who could be part of my life. So, about me. I definitely like to stay active! I'd rather be out doing something than laying around on the couch. I love trying new things, whether that be skydiving (planning on checking that off my bucket list before the end of summer) or checking out a new area. With that being said, I don't mind being a bum and curling up on the couch every once in a while. I love to travel! I think it's so great seeing new places and trying different things. Last spring, I went backpacking through Europe and loved every minute of it! I'm looking for a genuine guy who likes to live life to its fullest.
