I learn new things about myself and the world every day and it is a beautiful thing. One thing I do know about myself: I love to laugh and if you can make me truly and genuinely crack up, it is very easy to gain a special place in my heart. After that, I went to South Africa to work with refugees for three months, came home and did some deep soul searching. I am currently living back home and working on going back to school for Occupational Therapy! I took the long route, but am working hard every day to achieve a career I truly believe will make me happy!Aside from that I have a job at a local bank. :)I would like to think I am really good at being a true friend. I am honest, sometimes to a fault. I believe that you have to work hard to see the positive side of everything, and for a long time I tended to be a bit of a pessimist. So I think that I've learned to be good at taking life in stride and appreciating each day, and the people in it for all they have to offer.Favorite TV shows: Boardwalk Empire, Downton Abbey, Homeland, Big Bang Theory, Shameless, Game of Thrones and Newsroom are my faves :)Movies: I like all sorts of movies.).Music: I listen to everything. Quite Literally. Except for techno.Food: Favorites are sushi and Thai. Yum. But I eat (or will try) anything. I've eaten some crazy stuff, especially in South Africa!!What I'm looking for:I usually go for guys who are smarter than me, so intelligence is a must. I really appreciate someone who can make me think. I need a guy who is willing to keep me on my toes, and is also willing to dedicate much of himself to making a happy relationship. I'm not necessarily looking for a serious relationship, but I am open to whatever comes along.
