About Me

I am an elementary school teacher and absolutely love what I do. I love traveling and experiencing different cultures. I spent a year teaching elementary school in Taiwan and loved everything about the experience! I enjoy spending time with people who can make me laugh. I like to think that I have a good sense of humor, but who doesn't think that about themselves, really? I'm often described as a sweetheart. I genuinely care about the people around me and it makes me happy to make the people around me happy. I like staying active and doing things outside (boating, snowboarding, hiking, and camping are some of my favorites and I hope to get into rock climbing in the near future), but I also enjoy a nice night in with a bottle of wine and a movie on occasion. Some things to know about me:-I can sing every word to every random song but can never tell you who sings it or what the song is called.-I think it's sexy when guys use proper grammar and punctuation. :***I love, love, love country music, but like many other kinds of music quite a bit as well.-I've broken 4 bones and never had a cast--I've gone skydiving twice-I think Obama is pretty neat and if you don't, while I respect your opinion, chances are we won't work in a relationship. -I've eaten ostrich eggs, Beatle nut, and stinky tofuIf you think we could have fun together, ***!

    *I wish there was an option to say "looking to just see where things go and in no real hurry to get there" rather than "date but nothing serious"-- wouldn't mind living here forever :)Very into live music, listen to a lot of different things, mostly modern rock, but also country, classic rock, 90's, hip hop, blues, etcLove bigger dogs, I've always had a dog and likely always will.
