I strive to improve myself and my life on regular basis. I work on my body, mind and spirit daily. I believe that balance is everything. I work out every day and believe food is the key to vitality and good health. I love to cook, especially with fresh vegetables. I am always reading a new book, or listening to one on CD in the car. I always have a project going or I am planning something new to do or learn. Although, I have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and have worked in the field for many years, I am changing gears and pursuing a career as a Health Coach. I like to laugh a lot! I am grateful everyday for where my life is and the people in it. What goes around always comes back around. I try to give more then I receive and live my life with an open mind and heart.
