Hi I'm Ben.my main interest is music.I am a massive Indie fan and love bands like the strokes,interpol,oasis,led zeppelin,radiohead,joy division,the smiths,U2 and queen but my favourite band is the beatles.Actually my favourite thing in the world is the beatles.Then after that diet coke.I have been to four festivals and get to many gigs.i also like going to the pictures and would watch most films.my favourite films are the star wars movies but I love comedy and action films.I like going out with mates into town aswell and football.I love travelling aswell.i mainly prefer sightseeing holidays and have just been to five places in the USA last year and going back this year.i would do a city break every week if i could!I also love watching tv and record quite alot of shows on sky plus.my favourites include the simpsons,friends,big bang theory,only fools and horses,lost,game of thrones,breaking bad and how i met your mother.I'm also watching a lot of stand up comedy at the moment.I believe i'm quite a good humoured,sarcastic person who doesn't take life too seriously.i can do that when i'm 45 and winding down! and i seriously doubt anyone likes all types of music so not sure why they say this ha ha! for a first date i would ideally go for a few drinks,maybe go see a movie,or go for a meal.Going to a gig would also be another good option.But i'm open to suggestions.

I'm not telling you about my car to impress you in any way, more as a warning. like, by the way i have a big slobbery dog that is a nightmare to live with, expensive to keep and takes up allot of my time, but anyway she is not a possession, like a pet is not a possession. she just lives with me and i look after her I'm big in to health, fitness and well being, and i like to look after myself,i like to go rock climbing when i can find someone to hold the other end of the string I am a geek, i love science/history/culture and learning new stuff about the world, I'm currently polishing off a degree in psychology and philosophy. I'm also a very practical person and i am always making or fixing things. i like to grow food and i keep chickens.i don't want for much and money isn't important to me, but i do work, as a carer for old people/barman/mechanic/welder/gardener/plumber etc etc, while i get my business up and running. i am more sofa surfer than 5 star kind of guy. I love movies and pretty much watch everything that comes out, even some of the crap stuff, as for music i like anything involving Dave Grohl, i do like other stuff too though, anything good from classical, Disco, northern sole, folk to Dnb and i try to get to one big music festival a year.stuff ive doneI have a 5m swimming certificatei completed snake 2 on the highest level on a nokia ***and I once saw a pretty big duckwhat im i looking for?I won't know until i find it.I don't want someone to complete me nor do i want to complete anyone else. i'm not looking for someone too make me happy, as happiness comes from within.i am quite happy rolling along my own path but it is nice if from time to time i have someone to roll with (metaphorically not roll with in a naked way)i would like to meet new people, make friends, go on some nice dates, do some fun stuff and hopefully meet someone special.some things i like .good conversation.people smart enough to make me feel stupid.movies that make me think.learning new things.interesting people.animals.making people happy.cheap clothes/upcycling.making/fixing stuff .farming.engineering.horticulture.Vegetables.a good brew.iron fist heels.sailor jerry.vibrams.good vodka.main coon cats.sitting down on the travelator in tesco.challenging accepted social convention.standing unnecessarily and inappropriately close to strangers .camp fires.sleeping outside.driving/roadtrips (i drive allot)some things i don't like.football.Ugg boots.celebrity .tights that pretend to be stockings .in fact just tights in general .soaps.greed .fake people.throw away society.suits.the youth of today.swag.people that have swag.people that know what swag meansok if you got this far, well done and don't all rush at once brew with a view
