As for me...A silly-head. Gregarious, if the right parameters are set. Small but fierce. Values a good laugh, even if it's a cheap one. Imaginative. Easily frustrated. An over-thinker. Not one to accept seeming impossibilities. A hopeless romantic. A city girl brought up in the woods. A paganish-yogi-in-progress. A social and stylistic chameleon. Once described as, "Oh, she's cute and sweet, but kinda has Tourette's." Stubborn. Loyal. Sometimes naive. Believer in the contagious properties of yawns and smiles. A would-be mathematician pursuing art. Frequently demonstrates an inappropriate sense of humor and a lack of regard for the "appropriate" time to let it out. A bookworm. Finds unceasing amazement in what a random act of kindness can do. Occasionally driven to swooning by Venn diagrams. A people watcher. A multi-nerd. A hedonist. A venerator of cheap puns. Sometimes pretends to be a cat or a pirate, but usually not both at the same time. Jumps head first and whole-heartedly into just about everything. Loves peanut butter and dinosaurs. Comes in packs of three, seven, and thirteen. Batteries not included. You should know:I'm engaged to my best friend. Relationships of the romantic and sexual varieties with others, while not a regular or currently sought-out part of our relationship, are not by default out of the question either; we are open to considering and exploring whatever may be right for either and both of us at any given point in our experience and that of those we encounter. We recognize that one's ability to feel chemistry with and love for others does not shut down, as mainstream society would have us believe, just because we are in a committed relationship. We work hard to not fall into the societal guilt machine born of this widespread notion. For the record, I tend to use the word pansexual with reference to my orientation, as I've found that romantic love and/or attraction is possible for me with any person, regardless of biological sex or gender. It's all about the chemistry with the individual; the way they identify their gender or orientation, or how they feel about the biological characteristics they were born with or without, is of no consequence to me.

Hey!Currently I am working full time in the violence against women sector and am really trying to experience and learn as much as I can. Sure my job can be tough at times but I get to work and interact with women who are constantly inspiring and empowering me, so really what more could I ask for (except maybe a raise :)).Overall I work towards being a patient, down to earth and caring person and right now I think I do a pretty good job at that.I guess I should talk about some of my likes and interests. I'm ashamed to admit that I don't read books as much as I should (even though I try) but I feel I make up for it with all the reading I do on the internet (huffPost, jezebel, random news articles etc). In the winter I lover to ski and snowboard and in the summer I play some softball. I look for someone who is willing to challenge me, have random yet insightful conversations, watch bad (but in a good way bad) tv and movies, try something new and laugh with me.In order to shake things, up here is a list of things that would make me sad if I had to live without them:- My car - Winter + my skis- Patio's, where better to relax and have good conversation- Sarcasm and humour- A passion for my work and a drive to better myself- My amazing friends
