About Me

I'll post more on this later, but for now, I am building my own business as a vitality coach. I also work with at risk youth to help them find their purpose. I teach them mindfulness, sounds nutrition, help them explore their believes and values, and am their mentor. I'm currently on track to become an integrative medicine practitioner, and will have my MSHS in integrative medicine from the George Washington University by the end of ***. I'm a big nerd. I love research! I'm also super into wellness! I love being active, and am very focused on my goals. I'm in bed early, and up early. I'm also super playful. Spirituality, Yoga, mindfulness and making the world a better place are all very important to me.
