I'll post more on this later, but for now, I am building my own business as a vitality coach. I also work with at risk youth to help them find their purpose. I teach them mindfulness, sounds nutrition, help them explore their believes and values, and am their mentor. I'm currently on track to become an integrative medicine practitioner, and will have my MSHS in integrative medicine from the George Washington University by the end of ***. I'm a big nerd.
