Empty nester, and loving it..child is happy and in college, and now have time for my own passions. I have been widowed 8 years, have mourned in my earlier years...but now I embrace myself for realizing the true beauty and importance of life. I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I like to watch movies and some sports, take long rides, head to the park and take a walk... or just stay in. I don't have to always go out, I am just as happy to stay in. I love to laugh and have fun and I truly believe laughter is one of the best medicines. I am a very honest person, that doesn't mean I don't make mistakes, it just means I will be upfront and honest about it and in turn I expect the same from the people in my life.
