I have also been working out for 20 years now and fitness is just a way of life for me. I was a personal trainer in college and gained an extremely great amount of valuable knowledge on how to work out effectively. I love to weight lift and jog. I have recently gotten back into surfing again and absolutely love it. I don't regret my past relationships. They have helped to shape me who I am today and pushed me to excel. Well I was on this a while back but I didn't really give it a chance. Some of my mates are on here and they have said some good things about it so I thought I would give it another go. Im a Gateshead lad with a close group of friends who I have grew up with and we always make time to catch up when we can. Im a very laid back person and I don't take myself too seriously all of the time. I think there is a time to be serious and time not be.
