I like to cook, and lately I have been missing having someone to chat with over a pot of cooking pasta. I think in many ways, how people cook is a reflection of who they are in their everyday life. Some follow recipes to the letter, intent on having their pot roast come out just like the one on the cover of some grocery stand magazine. Others follow no rule other than the whim of their tastebuds. I picture myself as occupying the middle ground between those two extremes,.. Along with most others I imagine.
