I am a pretty easy to get along with type of person. I feel like the traditional dinner and a movie is way over used these days and something about sitting in a movie doesn't scream out I want to get to know you. I prefer a dinner on a patio in the evening or a meet for coffee are much better so you can actually talk and get to know each other. Or if you are feeling crazy a good hike and swim session are always fun or shredding up the snow in the winter are fun as well and full of excitement.
