No coffee or lunch dates. If we're both taking time out of our busy schedules, I would prefer it not be rushed. Dinner or drinks works for me. It's food, not artwork and people don't really need to know (or care) where you are every second of the day. I would like to go do something after we eat whether it be a walk so we can talk to one another and learn about each other. Then go to a movie or just talk more. I also like being random and not have anything planned we just go with the flow. It happens to be fun that way.
