Woman. 38 years old. Zodiac sign: Aquarius.
Looking for: man. In age: 35-45
Well, I do like to hit the links now and then, but I guess this summer I opted more for yoga/pilates in Millenium Park on Saturday mornings than I did for golf. There's always next year :) Biking, playing (I use the term loosely) tennis, kayaking.. these are all things I love to do and hoping to find someone that can enjoy at least one of them with me! Having an active lifestyle is a must. But make no mistake, making dinner together at home over a bottle of wine also is toward the top of the list. Watching and laughing over a favorite tv show together.. Life is all about balance.. And I hope you have some and are not too much of a workaholic to make room for someone special in your life.. To share the fun times, and the everyday-life times with. I'm down to earth and as genuine as they come.. looking for the same. Hoping to get to know someone w/a common interest or two, a little sarcastic and/or goofy sense of humor, and we enjoy each other's company. Should value quality relationships and give priority to the ones that deserve it. Excited to meet someone new.. What are you waiting for? ;)

Looking for: man. In age: 37-47
This is probably the hardest part . . . describing myself - yikes! I am passionate about life, friendships, and good times. I am the type of woman that is comfortable in either tennis shoes or heels ~ blue jeans or black dresses. I believe that although life can be challenging sometimes, the reward is greater than the challenge. I am easy to please and feel that the way you treat others is more important than material gain. I am an independent woman, successful in my career and confident in the decisions I've made in life. Honesty is the number one quality I am seeking in someone. A good sense of humor is a must. I am a major football fan (~~). I am passioniate about volunteering and working with local environmental groups. But don't just assume that I am one of those crazy extremists that goes around hugging trees. I love muscle cars and motorcycles and I do eat meat. I just believe in doing my part to make up for the damage I may have on our environment. I love almost all kinds of music (I seem to not be able to live without my iPod***favorites are rock n' roll and yes I don't keep it a secret that I am a lover of the 80's. I also like blues, oldies, heavy metal, some country, a little pop - not to fond of hard core rap though. ***I figure a new year is just around the corner so why not add a little more to my profile. :-) I'm not looking for a "hookup" or just a "booty call" - I want something with substance and has value! I have so much going on, so I'm not looking to jump into a relationship off the bat, but would like to get to know someone and share some great moments that builds up into a relationship. I found a new love for camping, hiking, kayaking, biking - anything outdoors . . . I try to find time in between work, school, and my volunteering with the Sierra Club. It would be nice to find a friend to join me who still believes in monogamy.***Wow! Guess what another update. Should I eventually delete some of this or just keep an ongoing journal of sorts? I wanted to be closer to my family and realized that as I get older . . . so do they. I want to spend time with them, before I have any regrets that I did not spend enough time with them while they were still around! I still have the same passions and ideals . . . just have a different zip code."I am only one, but I am still one. I cannot do everything, but I can do something.""Never discourage anyone who continually makes progress, no matter how slow" What would I do for a first date? Geez . . . just about anything. Not into the bar scene for an everyday occurence, but if there is a good band playing maybe it's something we could do. Or maybe there's a batting cage close by. Or see how bad we are at bowling. Or try a game of miniature golf? Or maybe just something as simple as a walk around a park. Or we could always check out a car show or maybe take a drive to the drag strip and watch a few races. There's so many things to do. What's your idea?
