Hmmm.... Let's start with "Hi."
And let me get this out of the way.... the words 'divorced man' is an eye-sore, but unfortunately I committed my heart to the wrong woman, and when she grew depressed because she was unable to bear children, she got some attention from a co-worker and took it way too far. She pushed me away, fell away from Christ, and I caught her being unfaithful.... ouch! But I've been able to move onward and upward, and God has been so close to me! .......Anyways.......
I really am a nice guy, thoughtful and considerate, optimistic and joyful, funny and playful, fun and adventurous, smart and talented, creative and musical, encouraging and non-judgmental, loyal and honest, flexible and easy-going. I'm a problem-solver, a handyman. I work hard and play better. Whether it's a broken toilet or a broken spirit, I will be determined to fix it. I listen to people because I care. I love kids (I have 8 nephews/nieces). Family is very important to me. I love the outdoors. I have a passion for traveling and learning through cross-cultural experiences. I have a big heart with a lot of love to give, as, of course, it comes from Him.
By no means would I consider myself a total straight-edge, but by the grace of God, I am righteous in Him.
I'm looking for a great lady, of course. PEACE, LOVE, and JOY are greatest when shared! I'm looking for friendship, connection, and good times so that I can't help but want more. I guess, ultimately, I'm looking for the woman that my mother has been praying for since I was two. :***I'm pretty flexible and adaptable to find the fun in whatever happens. I am always up for a show (of any kind), and/or sitting down together with a huge bucket of LEGOS, and/or just hanging out and talking at a park (preferably near water), and/or building a huge fort with cushions... Hahaha. K, but seriously, I'm a big fan of the outdoors and nature, so I'd definitely like to hit up some outdoor sites with enjoyable surroundings while getting to know each other. I enjoy taking pictures of interesting places and things, so probably not on a first date necessarily, but let's take some sweet pics. I love going to shows, live music, comedy, movies, games, or whatever type of event is happening around the Cities. "Let's check it out!" Oh yeah, and I am always cool with restaurants, because I like to eat food.....with my mouth!... :)
