I am in an open long-distance polyamorous relationship with a wonderful person whom I adore very much, if you aren't ok with that, that's fine with me! If you are, feel free to let me know... I would love to find one good person to spend my days off with while I'm here. If you're into running, that's a plus - I'm currently getting myself in shape to run a 5k, and I hope to be in shape to do a 10k before the end of the year. Are you GGG?I'm currently enrolled in my third year at UBC-O. Between school and all of my extra-curriculars I'm super busy doing something like ***hours per week, but it will all pay off in the long run. It took me a few years to get my life together and decide what I wanted to do, but now that I've got it figured out, I'm heading full-bore towards my goals. All knowledge is worth having. I've got a number of tattoos (with more planned), and I do my best to keep myself in decent shape. I'm not a gym rat though, I just like to take care of my body and mind because one is no good without the other... that means I read books too (lots of them - they were in danger of taking over my apartment until my roommate bought me another bookcase for my birthday). Shocking, I know. Bunbu Ryodo.People always ask me, what do you do? Well, I cook, dance, read, play, work, converse, think, bounce, stumble, fall, run, laugh, cry, breathe, design, sing, sit, analyze, plot, explore, observe, lecture, and sleep. Not all at the same time though. At least, not usually. These days I spent most of my time working, engineering, bouldering, riding, training... moving on and moving up. I'm one of those people who likes learning absolutely everything about things so when something catches my attention I tend to spend huge amounts of time practicing or learning about whatever it is that's shiny and in my line of sight at the moment. These days I do a lot of thinking about quantum physics, electronic circuits, mechatronics, robotics, and other science-y type stuff.I'm one of those weird people who doesn't own a television, and doesn't follow any current shows or sports. Not that I consider myself "too good" to spend my time in front of the moving picture box, or anything like that, I just don't see it as something that I feel like spending my already limited time on. I'm of the opinion that a TV is good for one thing - getting me to hang around and stare at it. And it's very good at that, so I avoid the temptation. I don't mind watching the occasional movie or sports match (except baseball) if I am out and about or at someone's place though. In general, if I'm not at work or school, I'm out running, riding around town on my mountain bike, reading a book by the pool, or dancing my ass off somewhere with loud music and lots of people.I am currently in an open poly relationship, and I am looking for new friends or play partners. You should be message me if you're awesome. We can be awesome together, or just talk about awesome things (preferably not ourselves though, that gets old really fast once you're past the getting to know you phase). Or if that's too extreme for you, maybe a conversation over some kind of beverage they serve at businesses dedicated to dispensing beverages and small snacks that somehow manage to be extremely calorically dense. Or, lets go wander through a bookstore!I love rock climbing, so that's a good place to start if coffee/whatever goes well. It's a lot of fun and a great work out. If it sounds like too much effort for you, we probably won't mesh well in the long run because I need someone who likes to stay active with me!

im from B.C, ive been here for 5 yrs now and would like to do something other then just work all the time. i have my own place now so this is home to me and will be for awhile so i'm looking to make it as enjoyable as i can. i like it here, theres good people and i live in a good neighborhood i enjoy hangin out with friends, i love the outdoors. quading, camping, hunting, sleding, and that sorta thing are always good ways to spend time doing on days off. the bar scene doesnt interest me like it used to, however i do still get the itch to go once in awhile. mostly prefer friends and drinks around a camp fire or something of that sort now tho, bbq's are great anytime of a year! i'd like to meet more good people and make life here in the mac even more enjoyable. now i have the itch to travel more and cant wait for my next trip where ever that may be too i dont usually plan things to do, spontanious desicions always seem to make for the most exciting and eventfull time because when its an in the moment decision you have no choice but to be urself and thats what tells the most truth. however for the first time meeting someone would probably be best for something and some place easy to relax and talk.
