First let me say that I am a bit old fashioned, If a man doesn't have the courage to write me a message to say hi when he is interested and see if there is any connection then I don't view him as a person I'd be interested in. I am a mixture of both the quiet, peaceful, serene, laid back part of the world but I also get charged, eager, passionate and ready for the excitement that the world has to offer. Why pick just one way to live. I'm here to learn and enjoy life along with learning from my mistakes, and I have made many mistakes in life and am humbled. I'm hoping that I can find someone who understands the true meaning of being humbled and can be thankful for all the blessings that are given to us to try again and again. I am not one of those who believes that I am always right, actually everyone has a rightness in their own logic but it comes down to finding the best way to accomplish things together with compromise on both sides. My relationship with God is also very important to me and I hope to find someone that may not be perfect but loves God and strives to be a better person everyday. I'm extremely honest and loyal and never falter in my promises to be true to the person I love. I was married for 17yrs and there is no drama or craziness between my ex and I. We are still friends and on good terms with each other. I am a very cuddly type of person and I love to give hugs and touches through out the day to the person I love. I am not object-oriented, materialistic or overly concerned with fashion and looks but I work hard to be able have adventures and I keep myself in pretty good shape. I'm not the kind you will find in a gym but I prefer to workout in the beautiful outdoors whether it's raining or not, bring it on. :-) I don't like to crowd others, and sometimes need space to myself but I also love get togethers with friends and family.I'm a phlebotomist who loves my work. I work with donors who are amazing and giving. I am blessed with a job that can help save peoples lives and it humbles me.I have three great children-18, 7 and 6, full of energy who like to do anything outside. We like to go camping, hiking and swimming. As long as it's outside they're up for it, even helping out doing yardwork.I also love to joke around so If I like you, you're in for it ;-)PS. He then walks with me to the car and opens my door. Then when we get to the place, he opens the door for me to walk in. we sit down and we order our food. We talk and get to know a little about each other .....we talk and we talk and we talk. Then when we are done and he opens the door for me to leave and opens the car door for me to get in. On our the way to drop me off at the house we do more talking, when we arrive he may give me a sweet kiss on the cheeck. Then call me to let me no what a good time he had. If I dont get a call then I take it as he didnt care for the date. I am old fashion I guess u can say, but I want him to treat me with the respect he would his mother. When a man loves him mom, then he will want to respect the woman he is with.

I am looking for a man that doesn't do drugs or constantly drink. You can't be dependent on your parents, and you should have your own transportation. Some sort of income is important too, preferably via a legal job. I'm not looking for a "mama's boy", nor do I want baby mama drama. I'm not opposed to a man that has children, but don't want to get caught up in domestic disputes. Hair and eye color are not important, but he needs to be at least 5'8" tall and between the ages of 40 and 50. He must like animals, as I have a total of 10. I have a degree as a Veterinary Technician and am also a Disabled Veteran. Disabled does not automatically mean lack of or loss of use of legs and arms, and Veteran does not automatically mean PTSD. If you know what this means, you're probably a shoe in. LOL! I spent ***years in the Air Force.I enjoy scrap booking, cooking, and taking care of my animals. I love to hang out with my friends, and joke around. I'm not into head games or drama. I think the secret of life is laughing a lot and loving life!I own my house, and want to do some remodeling as time and money allow. I like lots of different kinds of music, mostly 80's pop, classic rock and country. I enjoy some rap, hip hop and R&B. Just don't ask me to dance the polka. LOL!! I like comedies, romance, and some action.I'm not looking for anything serious right now, but if it turns into something serious later, I'm not opposed to that. I believe two people must get to know each other before jumping into that decision.P.S. I changed "smoking" to "Ocassionally" because I have been just over 1 week smoke free. I am using E-cigarettes to quit, and am doing very well. :) Dinner and a movie are cliche' but a nice start. But to help take the tension off, meeting at a park for a picnic lunch, or meeting for coffee is nice too. I'd like to have a chance to talk with my date and learn who they are. Also allow them a chance to learn who I am.
