Happy funny girl looking for educated man with a quick wit that is kind, tender, health conscious , and both financially and emotionally stable. Not looking for a gym rat necessarily but if you enjoy exercise or want to get back into it, that is a huge plus. I would love to find an adventurous partner to cross bucket list items off with . I have a great job I love but work from home about 4 days a week so it's always nice to have an excuse to get out of the house ...Loving hot yoga these days , spin, and would like to get a mountain bike soon. Hoping to hit the slopes this winter as well. That said, I am curvy (hourglass) and all pics are recent and accurate- small waist, size 10 pants- must like booty... I have a deep seated love for hamachi nigiri with glass of Sapporo..any seafood is high on my love list ! Not a whole lot of tv but I love Homeland- (Claire Danes is the best.. Cuddling up under a blanket watching our favorite shows would be a great way to spend an evening .. Cocktails/ wine bar is always a good ice breaking venue for a first date - after that dinner, drinks, and live music are all a good time . I'm pretty open minded...

Hi there! Let's see, the questionnaire is telling me to talk about my hobbies. I would have to say my top interest/hobby is politics. I am a Liberal, and proud of it. I have successfully helped organize and participate in demonstrations and rallies. That is one of my favorite things to do; its very exhilarating for me, and brings out the best in me. Conservatives need not apply! My goal is to one day see a female, liberal president (of course) and to meet a man who can tolerate my interests in politics. I don't eat, sleep and breathe politics, but I keep up to date with current events, and I would like the man I date to as well. I generally like non-conformist, free thinking guys, but they don't seem to use internet dating services. I'll take a guy that is happy with his life, does not try to change me, and is definitely open to a long term relationship. I'd prefer a guy with no kids, but I'll date men with grown kids too. I just don't want to end up being a little kid's stepmother. I've never had a biological clock that is ticking away, waiting to have a baby. Now more than ever I don't.I.A.).;Give Peace A Chance". As for a first date, it does not need to be romance and flowers. I'd like to go somewhere where we can just talk and get to know each other without pressure.Going to the movies isn't really conducive to getting to know each other, but I wouldn't mind going to a coffeehouse or a relatively quiet bar where we can talk. That way, if we think we're a good match, we can do something more exciting on the next date.

Just like everyone else, I hate doing these things. I mean, how do you summarize yourself? I always get caught between wanting to make a bulleted list (my organized side) and rambling on forever about this and that until you're lost in the prose and at the end you'll say, "...but you didn't finish the story!" (My creative side). If you read all the advice out there and you're a man, you'd go for the prose because women love reading that stuff. But if you're a woman, my ad is already too long. Go figure. Hah!What the heck. I've gone on this long...I am shy and introverted; yet charismatic and can be the life of the party. I don't tell a good joke, but most people find me amusing. I don't smile all the time, which I guess translates into being somewhat intimidating and unapproachable (but now that I've told you that, you will not find me so); but if you approach me I usually have a smile for you. I am often told that I am the 'bright spot' in many people's day and am often sought out for quick conversation when they are feeling down. More than one man has said I am a good driver. :-)I am a geek. I grew up reading comics and, while I don't collect anymore, I still pick up one or two issues once in a while. I have several TV shows and book series that I am gaga over. And yes, I gush about them like a teenager. Sue me...but if you're not into them I probably wouldn't bore you with the details. I hate to tell folks this, but *everybody* is a geek about *something*.Running has taken over my life recently. Mostly it's because I'm training for my first Half in November; I *do* make time for a social life. Time out with friends, my nephew's football games (followed by family time), hiking and so on and I'm also training at work so I can move into a different field; but running is my current passion and obsession of choice.Hmmm. I wrote more than intended, but I hope I left you wanting to find out more about my story...Please note that you are unlikely to get a return response from me if all you say is, "Hi." Or throw down only one or two sentences. Ask me a question. Tell me something about you. Anything for God's sake! Just not..."Hey."
