Hello I am a single mother of two kids. I am seeking a man who loves Jesus and has a personal relationship with God. I want someone who is respectful of my feelings, and of the fact that I have two kids. I have been in a few relationships that failed and I know what I want. I believe in the Holy Spirit and believe that Jesus died on the cross for our sins and rose again. I am looking for a man who can be a good spiritual leader for my family and help me raise my kids knowing God. I want someone I can pray with, read with and attend Church with. I'd rather start slow and work my way up to a relationship. I am not desperate and will not settle for less than what I desire. I hope that doesn't scare people. Let's just say I've failed enough to know exactly what I want and I am willing to be patient for what God has in store for me. I am compassionate, I love helping others out, I love adventures and trying new things. I've travelled to India and gone on a few mission trips. I'm a recent graduate (BS degree in Anthropology) and now I'm looking forward to seeing what I end up doing with it. I enjoy my job as a legal support assistant for the District Attorney's office, and can usually go home with entertaining (sometimes slightly terrifying) stories about the day's events. I love music and I love to sing but I'm terrible so my dog is the only one who is ever forced to listen to it.I don't spend a lot of time in front of the TV, though I do have my favorite shows I'm kind of addicted to. Most of my free time is spent curled up on the couch with my Kindle. I'm a bit of a homebody (I'm a Cancer-it's what we do) but I do love spending time with friends. I've also been looking for the motivation to become more outdoorsy. I like hiking and someday I'll suck it up and attempt a camping trip. I pay my own way and pretty much have my life in order. I'm happy with where I am in my life right now and I'm just waiting for the right person to share it with.

About me... I enjoy the outdoors (running, tennis, hiking...barbqueing... etc), baking/cake decorating, cooking, shopping, movies, board/card games, traveling, going to wineries and going out for drinks. She is about as sweet and cool as a kid can get. She is with me all the time except two weekends out of the month. So if you are not good at accepting a child around... probably not going to work out. She is my world, but I definitely love my adult time on those two weekends... and occasional happy hours!! I am very social and love meeting people, entertaining, going to friends houses, or out for the evening. That doesn't mean I can't stay home... I stay home a lot being a mom, so when I am off duty I like to get out of the house. I would like to find someone social and on the go as well. What I am not looking for.... cheap, close minded/ intolerant, negative, anti social and not setting up a face to face meeting in a realistic amount of time.I have been through a lot in relationships in my past, but it is not "baggage"... It has been learning experiences and helped me to know exactly what I am looking for in a partner and how to be a good partner. I want a best friend... that I happen to be very attracted to and have great chemistry with... :-) I feel the first meeting should be short and sweet, so both individuals can briefly see if there is a connection. Maybe a couple drinks or a cup of coffee.
