Hi, I am easy going truthful, honest, and real. Every goal I have set for myself I have been able to achieve it so far. I have done many things and am capable of doing many different things. I built custom cars from the ground up as well as custom painting them as a full time business. I like challenging things mentally as well as physically. I was involved with politics on a local level for a short time to try out my skills at communication and did very well. I am honest and intelligent. I love great conversation as well as listening.I am a very creative and diversified person in more ways than one. I feel I am gifted in many ways especially in communication. I can be a little shy at first when meeting someone but am very social. I love to talk with people so good conversation is important to me as well as listening to good conversation. I can carry a conversation from basic day to day events to what is happening throughout the world. As for hobbies go I love to build plastic drag racing model cars as well as collect them from the early to mid 70s as it brings me closer to a sport I really enjoy without actually being able to participate in it. I also love cars and anything to do with them. I am extremely crafty with my hands as well as my brain. I enjoy physical and mental challenges as there is not much I cannot accomplish in just about any situation that arises.I am open to many other interests and can adapt to all situations as long as it keeps me busy and occupied or is a new experience to learn from. I can go for movies, out to eat, or just stay in and watch a movie or TV. I don’t mind sports bars, but I am not a club type person on a regular basis. I really like all types of music except rap. I prefer to listen to the music I grew up with but any music is great, I do like to listen to music most of the time.As for diet and exercise I have lost 35 pounds from December 28, ***till June 30, ***so far and am shooting for another ***pounds maybe more. I try to eat right and exercise when I can, let’s face it if you have a partner to exercise with it is more enjoyable to keep each other motivated and moving. I am not a diehard eat right, exercise right, but have nothing against it at all. They say you are what you eat and I believe that is true.As far as the D word or B word goes “Drama” or “Baggage” let’s face it at this age or any age you are going to have something that equals one of those two words maybe not as much as the next person or perhaps you just consider whatever it might be or perhaps the situation not to be as much drama or as much baggage. Everyone is different.I would like to find someone who I can become friends with and spend time with and develop a relationship based on trust, honesty, and great communication. Those three facts are extremely important for any type of relationship or friendship. When it come to this online thing I prefer to chat a little first but every situation is different and sometimes the cards fall a very different way and things work out different than planned.I do and will not tolerate liars or cheaters and that goes for anyone involved with me. If everyone involved is up front and on a level playing field no one gets misled or hurt. I like women that like to take walks, walks on the beach, have good conversation my favorite, and spend quality time together. If two people really like each other usually anything done together works great as enjoying each other’s company can’t be replaced by anything else. I also like a woman that can be comfortable with who she is and can discuss things openly and freely as I am a very open and a patient person sometimes to patient. I am not the type guy who is intimidated by a woman who is well educated or makes a better living then men do, another words I do not feel I have to be the bread winner. I don’t believe in those sorts of things. I am on equal footing right along side as the next person. The same goes for just the opposite. If your education ended at high school like mine did that is just fine as well, in my eye’s everyone is equal and money, education, or status does not play a role in making someone better or smarter than the next.I think and believe the truth of the matter is you can only go by so much as far as this profile, or group of words goes, and when two people meet that is when things will start to work if it is meant to be and if not it was not meant to be, BOTTOM LINE you can't make something work or happen that is not meant to be, however a brief description is always a good lead if you grab it and know how to run with it. As everyone knows internet dating is not an easy thing. Experience is the best teacher, but every situation is different so it can be a rough world to play in when it comes to finding a partner in crime that is your best friend, lover, and everything that goes along with a relationship. It also does not come easy after a while. Issues arise and communication is the only way to resolve any issues or misunderstandings, but let's not forget honesty. Honesty is where it all starts. A first date should be in a place where you can talk so you can get to know one another to see what might be there if anything with out any pressure or expectations. Something simple so everyone is comfortable. I think it is best to meet over a drink or coffee other than calling it a date to see if there is something there or chemistry as they say. If there is we can meet again it then could be considered a date. On the other hand if you meet someone and take it as it comes the sky could be the limit where all you do is want to talk for the entire night and not want it to end which is nice, but lets not forget this is just a beginning maybe a sign of something good to come, but lets not jump the gun.

I am a teacher who loves his job. I am formerly from NY (moved here 9 years ago). I enjoy sports ( playing and watching). So I am looking for a tailgate partner! I also enjoy the beach, golfing, bowling, playing softball, music, working out, dancing and traveling. I often travel back to NY to visit family. I am very family oriented. A woman who appreciates a man that is affectionate and has a sense of chivalry and is very loyal to the one he is with. UPDATE...just got a new dog (lab & chow mix ) that I rescued from a shelter and would love to find someone that either has a dog or just likes to go on walks/runs with me and my new buddy!!! I guess we can go to a tiki bar and watch all the other people on first dates??!!Actually I am open for anything. Something to give us time to talk and learn about one another.
