Hey thanks for taking a peek at my profile. I guess this is where I describe a bit of myself, so here goes. I am the funny guy in the crowd. I have a great sense of humour (sometimes a little sarcastic or dark but hey it makes people laugh). Along with being able to make other people laugh, I can also laugh at myself for some of the things I do ( I am not always the brightest candle on the cake. Lol). I believe in honesty and respect. I try hard to keep myself in shape and looking presentable ie: the belt has to match the shoes, right? I enjoy many activities which range from nights out on the dance floor to quiet evenings on the couch watching a movie, I love taking day/weekend trips to experience those hard to find or unique places. Those places could involve anything from shopping (yes, I said shopping) to cultural events to being at a place that teaches me something. I am comfortable with who I am and I can fit well into a crowd. I want to try and enrich my life with as many new experiences as possible. Life is far too short to sit behind a computer or tv wishing for something to fall into my lap, I love the outdoor activities like finding nature trails and see where they end up, cottaging/camping (mmmm the smell of campfire), the beach and being near water. So that's a bit about me, and here is who I hope to be able to do all that with. I am looking for someone who is intelligent, funny, strong minded and is comfortable in their own skin. Someone who I can spoil, who is just as comfortable in sweats as they are in their "little black dress", who enjoys going "out" or just doing some couch time. I want someone to challenge me when I am wrong, educate me in areas I have not experienced yet (get your mind out of the gutter, I didn't mean it that way), and feel the same types of happiness you get when you are with "that certain someone." Hi I've been single for quite awhile and thought that it's time to get back out there. I'm a pretty easy going person who would like to meet some new people and maybe if I'm lucky I'll meet that person, you know that person who you know is the one, who can be your best friend but also drives you crazy with desire, who makes you smile every time you see them no matter your mood. Yes I would really like to meet that person. However if I don't it would still be nice to make some new friends.Update - After looking at my profile I thought maybe I should actually add a little bit about myself lol. I find it really hard talking about myself but here it goes. I do consider myself easy-going, not religious but spiritual, interested in social issues and like being around people who like to discuss social issues because working in a foundry I don't often get the chance, what with all the swearing, farting and ball scratching lol. I enjoy cooking but I'm not saying I'm a chef and I really like trying new foods, my new favourite is schwarma. I really like to garden something about seeing things grow gives me a sense of accomplishment. I played alot of sports, haven't as much in the last few years but would like to get back into it. I'm a terrible singer but I still sing and would really like to learn to play guitar so I could share my terrible singing with more people around campfires every where :) I really like golf but I'm not very good at it but that just makes me want to keep at it and get better. There is lots more but as I type with one finger I'll leave the rest for when we actually meet - whew that was hard lol. I'm up for almost anything but we might want to avoid karaoke unless you enjoy being traumatized lol
