I am currently working in the horse therapy industry. The company I work for takes horses up in airplanes for testing purposes. But horses do not really like the noises and movement from take off, landing and the gull door being open. When the horses get scared its my time to shine by relaxing them in whatever way I can. If they are flailing around the test gets screwed up plus they risk serious injury. And we don't want that. I get the horses relaxed and coax them out of the airplane so injury is avoided. It is a very risky yet rewarding career that really does not exist. But hey it probably gave you a good laugh.Really I am the predictive maintenance technician for a local manufacturing company. It's not as exciting as a horse therapist but I enjoy what I do.I am that laid back guy who tends to go with the flow. But don't think that means I am a push over. I am not one who is afraid to speak my mind, being sarcastic, or be honest with you about what i think. I believe that chivalry is not dead, just a lost art form. And that guys should respect the lady in their life and show them what they mean to them.I am looking for someone who isn't like every other girl out there. Who isn't afraid to be herself or show her "dorky" side. Be able to speak her mind and yet able to listen. Who will tell me when I am being an idiot, but won't hold it against me (I'm a guy we both know I am going to be an idiot at some point). Someone who is just as confident in how she looks when she is dressed up for a night out as she is when wearing things to relax in. Is that you? Probably something simple like dinner or bowling a few frames. Just something so that we can talk and get to know one another.

I am an introvert who adapts by trying to act like an extrovert with mixed success. I am quick to laugh and make many silly jokes with the occasional streak of highly articulate wit that comes and goes with little to no warning.I am a homebody by nature and love all my little creature comforts but that is not to say that I don't go out. I love being thrust outside my comfort zone and doing something new. Sometimes I'll be dragged kicking and screaming (both metaphorically and literally speaking, although the literal only happened a few times when I was a kid) into doing something new and more often than not I'll have a blast and sometimes am actually pretty good at said activity. Best example would be disc golf. I thought it was kind of a silly sport (yeah I know it's stretching the term) but after playing a few times with friends I really came to enjoy it and now have a huge bag full of discs and play all the time. Even during the winter. Yes I am one of those guys.Also, I am a dork. I am highly social with partial foot in mouth syndrome. I laugh when people fall down especially when I do it myself. I've been known to push back although I'm a natural peacemaker.I feel that the best and most memorable times in life are when you are completely out of your element and forced to live in that particular moment.....
