I am a nice, stable, active, woman who enjoys a variety of interests including art, the theater, cooking, dining out, socializing, gardening (orchids -plants herbs ) decorating, book club, exercise, movies, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, volunteer work and much more. I have a large circle of friends who describe me as intelligent, sincere, funny, energetic, fit, creative, stable, loyal, fun, happy, kind, a good friend who can do almost anything. I work out regulary with a trainer, and it is paying off. (It hurts, though LOL) I am currently decorating a townhome that I purchased three years ago and sometimes that can be overwhelming. I would like to meet a guy who is a gentleman with similar interests, good friends, close to my own age, that is successful, confident, and handy would be a real plus but not a requirement :)(Ugh This sounds like an ad!) I take very good care of myself and expect the same of the person I am with. I love all types of music, but not fond of rap. Some of my favorites are Jason Mraz, Adele, Lady Antebellum . Hmm....a first date would be in a setting where we could talk and get to know one another. Perhaps coffee or drinks at a local place. I like sitting at the bar next to the person I am with so that we can look at each other and hear each other speak. The setting should be more casual and comfortable so that each person feels at ease. If we have spoken on the telephone a few times , perhaps a nice dinner out.
