Hi.I will start off by saying that many profiles here are quiet entertaining to read. And, most here do not seem to be lacking self esteem.Now, trying to sell yourself, especially in writing, is a bit lame, but here are some of my thoughts.I picked that I only wanted to date but nothing serious. If I find the right person, I would definitely consider a relationship. But, I am not going to have a relationship just for the sake of having a relationship.I am very easy going and some would say quick witted. Love to ride my bikes, the pedal kind, a lot. It clears my head plus it happens to be a great workout. I also do the gym thing a couple days each week.The bar or club scene has never been my deal, not in college and not now.I listen to most types of music. Can't really do the country THANG but it won't disqualify you.As far as you, a honest, decent and all around good person is a must. Short, tall, blonde or brown, it really does not matter to me. Looks, well they are nice but they are usually fleeting. Shallow and elitist people annoy me. In my spare time i sing with 3 local bands. I have been self employed for over 15 years and that seems to work very well for me. I have lived all over the country and always seem to end up here. In the summer I spend as much time on the boat as I can. Got a 09 sportster in the garage too but neither 1 is much fun in the winter. I have a music room set up at the house and am involved with a few deferent local bands so there's music coming out of this place on any given weekend or weekday for that matter. also got a wood shop in the basement which enables me to work at home a lot, building specialtie pieces for several clubs in the area like tables and shelving units, pretty much whatever they want, and there are 2 fireplaces in the house so there's usually a fire in at least 1 of them which is my favorite part about winter, staying warm. I got a projection tv that takes up a hole wall so I spend some time in front of that building my movie collection. probly need additional input on that, I seem to be sticking to action and sci fi. been alone for a while and a friend suggested this so I thought I would give it a try, I am not a player and I do not want to get played. I do know how to treat a woman and I don't mind waiting for what I want, that's part of the fun, isn't it. one more thing sorry I'm 55 not 45 I tried to change it and it won't let me. and another thing, I don't necessarily like these categories they give you to choose from for *** consider my body type to be better than average I'm not a bodybuilder but have worked some sort of construction or physical labor most of my life so I am in good shape and I am looking for a woman that is thin to average. Again, there is that categorization that I don't much care 4 but I guess you have to work with what they give you. I am looking for a relationship but I believe everything starts with a date. so I wasn't really sure how to answer that question either. I mean here we are trying to base a relationship on a few pictures and a 50 words or less essay kind of thing, and as for the pictures, I find I don't photograph very well, I do look better in person you just have to trust me on that. And I have quit smoking !! I like to eat at nice places, not fancy, but nice and I have friends that own clubs in the area that i like to stop at so if we get that far we're doing pretty good
