I enjoy the simple things in life but by no means am I simple minded.I will tell you if ya got a bat in the cave or your zippers undone or something in your teeth, and I like people that do the same. You want it sugar coated don't ask me, I'm not Willy Wonka. Warning I have no filter. When I grow up I will be one of Those old lady's. Jeans and T-shirts are my basics. With flip-flops. And I hate getting too dressed up yet only close friends have seen me with no eye makeup on. I like to drink on occasion or a well deserved/stressful day but as I've grown older I enjoy the peacefulness at my house. I travel a lot for work so long term can get complicated/lonely. But the job has paid off my house and my car so ill try not to complain. I do live where it's quiet and peaceful and hard to get to, so when I'm not working in the city I can get away. Have a bond fire or shoot fireworks or try to capture your youth by doing stupid stupid notions. Yea…on second thought…that was not a good idea but it was hilarious. I love animals and would save every stray if i could but I'm unable to keep them because they would starve at my house without me there. I have bought a few 50lb bags of dog food and I don't even have a dog. I can't dance to save my life. No seriously… ask my friends. I can chair dance like no body's business but stand me up on my two left feet and I look like I have a crazy twitchy nerve problem. It's not pretty. Just putting it out there. Just ask if you really want to know more because filling out these little boxes can get monotonous.

There should be something in between "I want a relationship" and "I want to date but nothing serious", if that was a choice I'd choose it...That said, I think I'm a pretty normal person. I like to cook, and watch movies, and read books. I love sports, both watching and playing. I LOVE nature (totally obsessed with the moon) and animals. I have a cat and a snake, and I have been patiently waiting for "dog time" for years. I love to travel, and I want to go everywhere. I spent two months in West Africa last fall, and it was an amazing experience. All of the adjectives and emotions. Right now I'm in a full time surgical tech program. It's super intense, and TONS of work, but I'm doing well and really enjoying it (even if I'll never be not exhausted again!) I like to think of myself as a conscious mind, I mean I strive to be on a daily basis. If you've read any of Eckart Tolle's books you might have a better idea of what I mean. Family is extremely important to me, and that includes my good friends. I'm lucky enough to have a great group of them. As for music, it's a huge part of my life. I love it. I like pretty much everything that is well-done. I'm not really into country though. And most of the pop culture stuff doesn't really do it for me either. Unless I'm at a club of course, but that's a rare occurrence these years! I live with musicians, so that may very well have made me a slight music snob! I'm pretty much an open book, so if you have any questions go ahead and ask away. First date... like, describe a date? I like things to happen naturally, so, I guess just meeting up somewhere (maybe outdoors would be nice if the weather allows), hanging out, and seeing what comes of it?
