I am pretty comfortable in my own skin these days. It's an amazing feeling. Life is good. Happiness is a choice and an inside job. Looking for someone who is happy to take off their shoes and dance on the grass or in the aisles...lounge on Sunday morning with coffee or go for a nice long walk or hike...grab my hand, the concert chairs and a cooler and go check out an outdoor music show or maybe just a nice spot outside...Looking for my playmate... I'm a project manager in the environmental consulting field. I took a hiatus from consulting for a couple of years to re-gain some perspective. Conclusion: It is MUCH better to work to live than live to work. I also concluded that it might be time to have a special someone in my life again. I'm a little old-fashioned, and like a man who knows that chivalry and romance are not dead. Integrity, honesty and kindness...these things are very important to me - in myself and in others. I have my feet on the path of gratitude, compassion, and self-realization with a dash of spiritual study thrown in. It would be nice if you were somewhere on that path, as well.Please bring to the table: Communication skills, a sense of humor, smarts, and a comfort level with being tactile (after getting to know someone). Please have no propensity for living with your phone in your hand. Our phones are great tools for sure but I try not to have mine glued to my hand. I am somewhat petite being that I'm about a size 4. Athletic with curves - interpret at will. Just sayin' :I don't have kids but I welcome yours.No drugs, guys. You must have photos posted to your profile and they should show what you look like. You know...without sunglasses and close enough to let people see your face. Physical attraction is just one level of attraction, yes, but it is part of it. It's Friday night and I am on my computer creating a meetville profile, UGH! I haven't read any of the profiles yet and my first thought is...I wonder how many of them followed the 4 steps to creating a profile for success. I would like to start by saying that I am looking for a relationship and I have heard good things about this site. I like being outside rather I'm at the beach, lake or golf course. I do like indoor activity as well like playing pool, cooking dinner or shopping and if I could only find someone that would like to go with me and help me decide would be awesome! I have a son, a daughter and 2 dogs, they are all well behaved and very low maintenance, I like that. I do have time now to get to know someone and hopefully make a new start. I will be 50 in November and I like to stay in shape, eat right and live right. I am not interested in anyone's drama, I prefer to keep a positive outlook in my life. And for #4, I like all kinds of music, especially if it is live (well almost everything)! Lunch. Preferably at a quiet little diner in a historic little town with a bottle of wine on the water.
