I love animals, I have 2 dogs and 3 cats. I am a shy person at first, but once you get to know me I will open up more. I like photography, traveling, music, movies, reading, hiking, camping, horseback riding, going to parks, and doing just about anything else outdoors. This is how I feel.I'm looking for someone to date with the possibility of it becoming more... not to say that I'm looking to jump into a relationship after a month of dating, let alone 6 months of dating, just that that's what I'm looking for... I'm not looking for "casual"/no-strings-attached dating. I don't really believe there is any such thing as casual dating unless both people are looking for nothing more than someone to go out and have fun w/ and no strings. Again that's not what I'm looking for. I think dating may be considered 'casual' for the first couple of months or whatever, but if you've been dating for ***months then it's no longer casual, its consistent. Once you've reached that point, if you're dating multiple people, you're obviously dating them because you're interested in all of them, so how do you continue once you've reached this point without choosing one of them... if you don't choose you'll just be hurting someone, and possibly yourself, very soon down the road, especially if the other person has told you they're looking for more than a date. I will only ever date one person at a time. Period. It's too hard to find the energy and the time to keep multiple relationships straight, too many people get hurt, and it's foolish. If you date two people and like them both for very different reasons, how can you choose? It's not fair to any of the people involved.all depends on the weather and the company preferences.. dinner, coffee, walk in the park, zoo, etc...

I moved to the D.C. area last summer from MI. What an exciting place to be! I love to be outside doing any of my favorite activities. This includes the social aspect of eating and drinking while relaxing after working out. I mostly enjoy going very casual events after work, like a Nat's game with shorts/baseball cap, but like to get dressed up once in awhile as well. I like to travel quite a bit to do Tri events, skiing, etc, but have also fell in love with the Caribbean where I can exercise and then do nothing but sit and look at the water with the warmth of the sun, tasting the salt water and listening to the waves hit the shore. Some musings about myself...I am comfortable in my own skin - aware and confident of my uniqueness. Have found and continues to find what makes me happy and reveals in it. I am tolerant of, maybe even exploring and enjoy the differences between individuals as a way of growing. I don't dwell on past mistakes or stress over current challenges. I seek spontaneity, and living in the now/present/moment. I enjoy depth, meaning and see value in everyday experiences. I am selective, and seek others whom I find that certain chemistry with and do it with an open heart. I seem to have an ease of companionship and humble confidence. Realistically appreciates strengths and flaws in myself and others. Finally, I believe that I identify, explore, and indulge in things I am passionate about.I love my job. I'm a positive person that loves to be outside. Life is short, and I have so much love to give! I give great back rubs.
