Alright, what can I say that sounds interesting, makes my profile stand out, or just sparks a little interest from those that are looking for someone? Hum..... no pressure here, huh? How can you truly tell someone what you are all about in a paragraph or two? For one, It is had to be believable. It would be easy to make up a bunch of stuff , make yourself sound like you have a fantastic life, and that you are the best person in the world for someone to take a chance on. But, if we were all that, then why are we on this website? This on-line things is not a traditional way to meet people. The rules of dating are certainly different today than they last time I dated. And that was to long ago to remember. However, I am dedicated to my kids and my profession. So, where do you turn? I don't have the time to patronize the bar scene. Don't get me wrong, I like to get out on occasion. But, honestly, I don't have the stamina or the desire that i used to have. So, here I am. Listen, no one is perfect and I certainly am not, nor will I ever claim to be. I am just a good guy that wants to enjoy life again. Life has so much to offer and I am ready to get back in the game. Experience as much as I can, while I can. For those that know me, they understand that I always try to find the good in any situation. It is hard for me to say "no" and I want to make sure that people feel good about themselves. Life is too short to be unhappy or lonely. I want to surround myself with good, decent people that are of high character, intelligent and love to laugh..... A lot! I do and the majority of the time it is at my own expense. But, hey I am ok with that. What am I looking for? Great question, as I dont know yet. Looks are important, but they are fleeting. It is the essence, character and fortitude of someone's spirit that is most important. Everyone is different and unique in their own way. You will find that I am not very opinionated as I see multiple perspectives. Just be yourself and not try to be someone that you are not. Be open and honest as those qualitites are a must for me. I would like to spend time with someone willing to open up and take a chance. Let their guard down and create some memories. They must be passionate and have no regrets at the end of the day. Don't worry about the past or present. Just live in the moment. I will leave you with ten***things about me that you may find interesting or just useless. But, here were go.....1) I know the difference between there, their and they're. 2) I don' touch handrails outside of public restrooms....think about it. 3) The word "moist" doesn't weird me out. 4) I know all the words to Jay-Z's "I Just Want to Love You". 5) I smell pretty good. KInda citruisy or pina coladadee. 6) I can give hugs with the appropriate amount of pressure and for the right length of time. 7) I burp minimally. 8) Special skill: Thyping. I mean, typing. 9) I can lurk for hours without a break. And ***I am not very good at strip poker...... Not really, I just thought it sounded funny. So, in saying all that, I hope I didn' sound like a complete boob.

I've been here for almost a year now and have been less than impressed. I have made several very nice friends and had a few possibilities but no REAL connections. I'm a country boy at heart. I'm father to two great boys one is 24 and the other is 15. I like to go out and dance a few times a month. I like to fish, hunt, camp and go boating. I love to cook, I like to keep a tidy home and keep the yard groomed. Some of my most relaxed moments are rainy days watching movies at home. I hope to find a great lady that can be my friend, a worthy opponent to my humor sparring sessions, and the focus of my caring and attention. I enjoy classic rock, alternative rock, classic country and of course the current country music. One thing I have learned is that a kiss is definitely the first indicator of the potential for more.
