I'm just someone who is honest and not afraid to have fun. I love the outdoors and the arts, and spend as much time as possible exploring both. I have worked hard for everything I have, and have always been independent. I am a professional individual and am passionate about my career, though I will make the time for someone I care about. I have been described as an "old soul", which would explain why I tend to gravitate towards mature and older people. Age is but a number, and I would like to find someone with a mature personality but the ability to be a dork and not take themselves too seriously. I am attracted to personality before physical appearance, and am looking for someone who shares the same view. I am looking for someone who is genuinely kind to everyone around them, passionate about whatever it is that they do, confident but not arrogant, and is not afraid to be who they truly are. Most of all, I'm looking for someone to spend some time with, have a few laughs, and maybe more. If it doesn't work out, at least I've made a friend. Life is too short to dwell on the negative. A classic or something spontaneous, it doesn't matter, as long as there is the chance to connect. Also: If you want my attention, please send me something more than a "hey". Tell me about yourself, or show off your wit, chances are I'll return the favour :).

A little less hectic here and more traquil and many places to hike/walk which I like to do. I was born and raised in the Falls so it's like coming full circle but so much has changed.I have recently started Tai Chi classes which I am absolutely hopeless at. No poise or grace in me at all. The *** me that everyone feels this way but I am still a bit skeptical as I find somedays I don't know my left from my right - LOL!I am mad about white chocolate, ice cream, greek yogart and just about anything you can eat with a spoon. I love to bake and often make 'goodies' for family and friends - just for the sake of my 'sweet tooth'. It makes me feel less guilty - a bit Machiavellian!I like listening to Blues and Jazz - especially live bands. Outdoor venues on a patio on a warm summer's night/frosty drink - well can't get much better than that - to me that is perfection - not too high maintainance...? Now throw in a tropical sunset and resort.....I love to travel and have been to many places and have many more that I'd like to see. I could spend all day around the pool or sitting on the beach if the conditions were right but that's not necessarily what I want to do my whole vacation - I like to explore, see the sites, go off the beaten track and of course shop! It would be nice to have someone like-minded to share in these new adventures with.I am looking for that 'Good Guy' - a friend first - which could possibly develop into something more - let's face it - that's why we are here. Someone with a sense of humour, who is polite to others not just myself and who has it together for lack of a better word. Someone open-minded who is ready for a change in their life - like I am. Please do not be offended but I will not reply if you have no photo - we all want to put a face to the words. So I will ask again 'where did all the good guys go'? First dates are tricky and can be uncomfortable. I think I would rather meet up for coffee or better yet a DQ Blizzard - everyone loves ice cream!!! Takes the pressure off - no grand gestures, no dressing up - leave all that for the second date if it all works out! Yes I do like to dress up for dinner once in awhile - have to use some of those shoes I have in the closet.
