I am fond of birds (as pets and in the wild) and driving down the highway during the summer with the windows down and the radio on. I think what makes me unique is that I am a good listener (most of the time) and I can be intense. I do like music but don’t listen to it everyday. Mostly on the weekends I like to listen to the radio, usually while driving. Don’t’ ask me what my favorite sound is on the radio though because I don’t pay that close attention. I aspire to be a better, happier person. Things can get rough in life, but I am trying to find my way. Maybe someone else feels the same way. I wouldn’t describe myself as cheery but I am pretty genuine. I like to give things to people I like, whether it is motivation, a fresh perspective or a small token of my appreciation. It makes me feel good when I feel like I have helped someone. I aspire to be more trusting, too. That’s key if you are to get anything out of life. I feel sorrier for the person who can’t trust than I do for the person who trusts too much – because I know the pitfalls of the former. I would also like to manage the stresses of life in a healthier way than I too often do. (I don’t do drugs and am not an alcoholic but do know where the cookie aisle is at Trader Joe’s.) I have friends, but my closest friends are my family. I like and respect my friends but would like to find someone with whom I could perhaps develop a closer relationship. I have been told I have a good sense of humor, but it doesn’t come out that often. I think it would be good to meet over coffee on the weekend.
