I am a mom of two amazing kids, I know everybody says that but seriously...these two are stellar. I also accidentally acquired two special needs cats so between the kids, them and my own activities (dance, yoga, people watching, etc...) I stay well entertained. I've been told I have the sense of humor of a teenage boy although I've always thought it was more dry and witty. I've also been told I'm a lot smarter than I look, so far the most sincere back handed compliment ever....and my favorite (also from my best friend, so I knew she meant well). I do love being healthy, staying active and being outdoors.. I'm looking for someone that would rather play sports than watch them although I really do like live games.I have a newly discovered love of foreign and independent films. My top three movies are Amelie, P.S. In my "free time" I like yoga, horse back riding, good company, and thanks to my two very active boys I'm usually doing and/or watching some kind of sport.

Hi, overall I would say I am pretty happy with my life. I have a great family, great friends, two beautiful cats, a decent job and a roof over my head. I am very blessed. I do however feel a tad bit lonely when it comes to my love life. It's been 6 yrs since my last relationship. That's a long time! Though I have missed having a man in my life I have also seen the silver lining. Within the past 6 yrs I feel as though I have really found myself. I know who I am and what I need. I'm not one of these girls that has gone from one guy to the next trying to find happiness. Happiness starts with yourself, if you can't be happy alone you won't be happy with anyone else either. Don't get me wrong, I have my moments when I get down, but I am also human and I do have other emotions. I'm fine without a special someone in my life, but I sure would like to have one.I like to think of myself as a fun person. I can talk to about anyone. I can laugh at myself (Lord knows I do & say enough silly things that I better have a sense of humor when it comes to myself). I love God. I love my family. I love my friends. I love children. I enjoy cooking and baking and having a glass of wine while I do so. I enjoy movies, board games, card games, going to the theatre, riding bikes, going on walks, shopping, restaurants, martini's (shaken not stirred), wine... I'm a laid back, easy going kind of girl. I like to get dressed up occasionally like everyone else, but most days I enjoy my jeans and hoodie.
