About Me

My name is Chris. I was raised in Ft. Lauderdale, and spent 8 years in Orlando for school. I earned my BS in Criminal Profiling from UCF and my JD from Barry University. I'm currently a teacher at a special needs school, teaching middle and high school math and English, but I'm slowly transitioning away from the school to take an executive position with a company that publishes children's books. I love staying active- I'd much rather work outside than stay indoors. In my spare time (when I have some), I love playing golf and poker. Tennis is also fun, but I'm fairly horrible. Favorite TV Shows: The Walking Dead Game of Thrones New Girl Homeland Favorite Books: The Dark Tower Series A Song of Ice and Fire The Count of Monte Cristo Crime and Punishment I'm a sucker for old movies- it really doesn't get any better than Humphrey Bogart, Carey Grant, Katharine Hepburn, Spencer Tracy, Clark Gable, Steve McQueen, Audrey Hepburn (pretty much perfection in my eyes)- and most of the time I'd much rather stay in at night watching some of the classics than go to some club, but that's not to say I don't enjoy a crazy night out. I suppose I'm just looking for someone with a great sense of humor, who doesn't take things too seriously (I love to argue, practically about anything, just to keep things interesting- it's one of the reasons I went to law school)
