Ready to laugh? Good. Me too. There's nothing like a good, can't catch your breath, side-splitting, tears-streaming-down-your-face laugh. Nothin'!! Let's see how badly our sides can hurt!I'm old-fashioned when it comes to women. That's the way I was brought up. I get the door for the lady, rise when she arrives/leaves the table, get the chair, just basic manners. I wonder where chivalry and those manners have gone nowadays?...I love to cook (when I have the time). Some favorite foods to cook and/or devour are seafood, pasta, Italian, Mexican. brats, burgers or salmon on the grill! Or throw in some Thai or Chinese take-out and some guilty pleasure TV! (that's my dog- We're a team!I'm grateful to have my health. About eight years ago, it was a coin-flip if I was still going to be around. Having said that, I'm still here! As for "No" drinking, it's just that I don't. Doesn't mean I can't make an AWE-some margarita or open a bottle of your favorite Merlot. I'm happy to oblige!I'm hoping to find someone who wants share their highest highs and their lowest lows. To me, that's what a true relationship is. There for the good times AND bad. How great would THAT be?...your best friend, your lover, your confidant...all rolled into the same person! That would be my ideal partner. Is that you? That is a good and bad thing. That's something we can discuss at a later time...When time permits (and it's a show I really want to do) I'm an actor and director and can occasionally be found on, or in front of, any number of local stages. I'm a hopeless romantic. What does that say about me? (other than I have strange tastes in music?E.M. to REO Speedwagon, Alison Krauss to Christina Aguilera, The Decemberists to the Doors, the list goes on...This is new and mostly awkward for me, so forgive me, I'm not used to describing my wants/desires/expectations in a public forum. Like you, perhaps, I've never HAD to write down my wants/desires/expectations in a public forum! But oh well, here it is, nonetheless. I am honest, trustworthy, completely loyal and respectful. Who's up for Starbucks, reading the Sunday paper, a bad (maybe even good) game of bowling, hitting the driving range, walks at Greenlake or Leschi with dogs (or not), holding hands, trying to keep warm at an outside sporting event, hot chocolate (heck, ANY chocolate!), weekend road trips, cuddling in front of a roaring fire (in the fireplace or a fire-pit, that is, not a blazing house fire or anything like that!), long, warm kisses, any of those interest you? About Me:Since my separation and divorce, I have focused on my children and rebuilding myself.
