Though the winter's been a mild one on the island My mind is always thinking of warm breezes , white soft sand , and most of the time swimming in turquoise all~day water putting on the snorkel and fins to get down under and be at one with the sea~ With attention and intention , Its there if you want it.... and definitely worth the energy getting there Have devoted a lot of my life digging for the unusual ... up early Saturday morns.. garaging weekends, restoring "whatever" and parlaying it into modest simple living usually in the Tropics Years ago , I discovered that carrying a few handpuppets to play with everyone really cut through any language barrier and brought lots of laughter. My amigos Charlie the Crocodile, Pedro Penguino and Lucy La Monkee are my travelling hand~puppet companions and are always ready to train, boat , or plane anywhere~ Also in the bag are a couple of frisbees ,a flute, a thumb piano plus a deck of cards for crib n magic? I 'm a vegy~ fishy~tarian...but tolerant with and have sampled a lot of strange food fare. What's missing is a like minded adventurer/partnerwho's up for sharing the voyage ahead We're lucky living here ... fine food, cafes, music ,dance,festivals & theatre, good learning possibilities Lots to do Maybe you're up for a quirky game of scrabble ! aha! Or maybe you'd enjoy biking or motorcycling the backcountry roads Going for a sail ? or Camping under the starsWe can throw a dart at the map & go What would be great would be to spend most of the cold winters in warmer surroundingsI've spent a good part of my life doing that and it plays real fine on the soulSo Hopefully as a Team We co~create a harmonious relationshipFor ourselves and the regained Love and balance enhances the world we share Stir it up and see what happens ! Hi I must start with a little more about myself. I do work a lot and don't have much free time at this point in time. The right person may change that. I do work THIRD SHIFT.I'm back on this site looking to see whats out there. I've been through a health scare, I was diagnosed with leukemia in ***. Had a bone marrow transplant the same year. Im cancer free as of my last test. I grew up in Sacramento California. Moved to Wisconsin in ***. Divorced in ***. All my family live back in California. The kids live here and i enjoy my job. So moving back has never been an option. We go back every year, so the kids grow up knowing their cousins. My free time depends on if I have the kids or not. If I do have the kids, then it depends on what they and their friends want to do. We will go to the pool and swim or go to the skate park. Sometimes we just end up just hanging around the house. If I don't then I will do some scroll work, will post a picture. Been working on my Ford 9n tractor, been sanding, painting and restoring it. I also have two motorcycles I've been working on. I have also been working on the house. One thing that I have been guilt of is not getting back to people after they take the time to write. Will try my best to do better. What I'm looking for? A friend and in time more. If you start as friends, the friendship is always there. I think my biggest faults are. I try to make everyone happy and I trust and believe people too much. I have a wide range of music I listen to. It can range from country to rock and (some)rap to heavy metal. I do a little bit of scroll work and enjoy make thing with my hands. I've been working on my house off and on for the last year. I have done the hunting thing and I can take it or leave it. I do enjoy taking the gun out with my son and shooting at targets. I enjoy the seasons we have here. Like to see the kids having a great time with there friends sledding or just playing in the snow. I also enjoy being in and on the water. I will write more later.Any place we could talk and get to know each other. I think lunch in a park, coffee shop is a nice place to start. It will also depend on the person and what feel comfortable with.
