I'm an east coast transplant who moved out here almost 3 years ago to start my career. My job is rewarding and I've met a great group of friends here, but I find myself still wanting to meet new people.I have a great love of learning and like to try new things, read, and travel to explore different cultures/see pieces of history. I also love the beach, ocean, camping/hiking in the summer, and jogging/going for walks in the trails in town. Since there's no ocean nearby...I guess the mountains will have to do? I'm not particularly athletic but I enjoy watching sports every now and again. I have always liked the performing arts and enjoy a good concert, play, or movie. Live music with a beer in hand is something I've really come to miss living here, but maybe I just haven't found the venue? But might mean if you can't dish it out as well...we could have an issue getting along.I’ I like to get involved in the community: I volunteer with a children’s non-profit in the city and have been involved in the performing arts community in the past.
