It's important to me that my mate take good care of himself - that he exercises and cares about the way he looks and feels, that he is stable and dependable. I work as a health educator in corporate health and wellness, still do some personal training and still teach at a local YMCA so I am very passionate about staying active and fit! I am also a triathlete and enjoy both the training and the competition. If you are a sedentary person, I can tell you that this will not work out. I am very high energy and although you don't have to be a triathlete I am looking for the same in my partner. I also want someone who loves to laugh and have fun! Life is way too serious and we all need to let go once and while and just enjoy! Love a cozy night on the couch with wine and a movie too....so I am balanced! lol!Btw, I would like to share one more thing. I currently have a house I would like to sell in East Stroudsburg, PA. However, the market has made this difficult to achieve. Hoping this spring there will be an opportunity. So I live in Rockaway during the week and go the PA on weekends. I just want to make sure that is not a problem if you have an interest! Since I am in Rockaway more days of the week, I choose to use that to identify my location.For a first date I think it would depend on how well I got to know the person through e-mails and phone calls prior to the date. It could just be getting together for coffee or going out for a nice dinner. After that I really enjoy dates that include some kind of activity...hiking and dinner or lunch, movie and dinner, biking, etc.
