Well here I am yet again....and I am hopeful that things will turn out better for me this time around. I wish people could just be honest, would make things so much easier.I guess you could say that being on here before has taught me a few things about you fellas and I suppose I should go ahead and put it out there. For starters, NO....I'm not on here scouting you guys out looking for a husband, I had one for 22 years and I'm not ready for that again. I also don't want to be someone's piece on the side while you're looking for something better. If you don't think I'm your cup of tea then please leave me alone. I've found myself in that spot before and it's no fun, especially since I have a habit of investing in people. And finally, I DON'T SHARE so if you're married, please pass me by because one thing I am not is a home wrecker, I just can't do that. Sooo....if anybody is still left reading after that little bit of business i'll tell a little bit about myself. I started dating my future ex-husband when I was 17, married him at 20, had a daughter at 23 and divorced at 42. I had a good life but things change and people grow apart, we are still friends and that pretty much sums up my marriage. No regrets at all.To best sum ME up, well......I'm a flip-flop and shorts kind of girl, no prissy high maintenance here but that's not to say I don't like to get dressed up an go out some. I'm a pretty laid back go with the flow kind of girl.....I don't like drama, I don't like liars and I don't like being played for a fool. I am a loyal friend almost to a fault and I love my friends, would do anything for them. I dont really know why but the majority of my closest friends are fellas, that's the way is has been since way back in the school days. The "cool friend that's a girl" and not the "cool girlfriend" It is what it is. I work...I work a lot actually. My "real" It's pretty interesting stuff. I also have a "fun" job on the weekends. It's long hours but I like it and it pays the bills....plus it's working with family. Since I'm on the subject of money i'll just say this.....I make my own, may not be a lot, but I earn it, pay my way and try and live within my means. Im NOT on the hunt for someone to take care of me, I CAN and DO take care of myself. And to be fair to you fellas, I don't know which one I have heard more of...."she didn't look anything like her picture" or "she wanted me to pay her bills".....some women have no shame and for the record, we're not ALL like that.....just sayin. And something else i've found....what IS the big deal if a girl a wants to treat a guy to dinner or pay every now and then? Is it such a rare thing? I mean really....It's not bribery or anything else, just a small way of showing someone that I care about them...guess I'm missing something here but it's just the way I am. I'm a lover and wear my heart on my sleeve, if I care for you I want to show it. I love simple and it's the simple things in life that mean the most to me. Well I can ramble for days but there is really so much more to a person that what you can put on a profile. If you want to know something more about me, drop me a line and just ask. I'm pretty much an open book, nothing to hide. I will say one thing, this time I'm going to PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!! I was fortunate enough to find someone that I really loved and cared about on here, thought he was perfect with all his little imperfections and could have seen something more down the road with him but low and behold here I am yet again, the cool friend that's a girl. With that little lesson in love.....caution is the word. If you're looking for something fast you won't find it with me. My coworkers say "Stay off of that site, it's a waste of time" but we shall see.....if nothing else I may end up with a few more friends. We all could use a few good friends. So good luck with your search, hope you find what you are looking for, don't rush it and beware of some of these women on here.....I hear they are brutal :)

Hi! I am a happy, secure, financially stable person looking to find someone intelligent and fun to date. I indicated that I'm looking to date but nothing serious. I should clarify that I'm not opposed to something serious developing in time but definitely don't want to skip over the dating and getting to know each other phase!I am a big sports fan, and love to go to games and watch on TV. I especially love Texans football and am looking forward to them having a great season after last year's playoff excitement. Her dad is a great dad and very involved so I do have time to date and possibly eventually a relationship.
