Would love to run better, but so far the love for running seems to escape me, any tips would be gratefully received!!! Enjoying life is very important to me and laughter and fun times with friends and family is a favourite pastime. I also enjoy films and music, with varied tastes in both from the slushy romantic (and yes I do cry at those) to thrillers ... Definitely not horror though, I'm too much of a wimp. And almost any music, from soft rock to current chart music with a few oddities in between.
