I desire someone well rounded, who doesn't take themselves too seriously...someone with a sense of humor. I think first dates are about chemistry. It should be fun! Don't make the first date so serious, and perhaps there will be date number two. It is all about the experience, so I hope I can learn a bit about my date and vise versa. Dinner is always nice, but I would be happy simply going out for drinks. Remember, it is not a commitment...just a meeting.

SO......I am reluctantly giving this a try. I just turned 40 and I am soooo tired of being taken advantage of! Basically, I love to spend time with my family and my son and I'm looking for someone honest, loyal, and values family and a real woman.As a side note....I am deathly allergic to cats of all kinds, and anything that has to live in mulch (rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, etc). A movie for the first date seems awkward to me because you can't talk to each other.
