I can confidently say the older I get the weirder dating gets!A meet and greet for coffee is the norm but I'd really love to go and do something! A hike, walk, sightseeing, anything but eating another substandard meal with all the appeal of a compost pile served across my face by a shaved monkey working its way through a liberal arts degree.

I’ve done a lot of crazy things in my life, and quite frankly, I’m surprised and thankful that I’m still here. These days, I’m a bit more reserved. I embrace the more important things, like spending time with loved ones. Some of my hobbies include playing golf when I get the chance (translation: I suck because I don’t practice). I love football and basketball. GO Broncos, Sooners, and Thunder! I like doing home improvement projects and I'm a pretty resourceful guy... While updating this profile, I also fixed my daughter's high heel tip with some Mighty Putty (Thanks Billy Mays!) I like to travel when I get the opportunity, but some people out here seem to be looking less for companionship and more for travel agents or social coordinators. I like having fun and doing spontaneous things. I’m not the type who likes to have every minute of every weekend planned. I also enjoy and need some downtime at home. I often work in my wood shop making sawdust and the occasional piece of furniture. I especially enjoy simple fall and winter evenings with the fireplace, a glass of wine, and a great movie. I also enjoy music, camping, fishing, high-tech toys, cooking, discovering great restaurants, and have recently developed an interest in learning about wine (the research is the best part).I love thought-provoking movies with great dialogue: Pulp Fiction, The Godfather, Leaving Las Vegas, Jerry Maguire, and Lost in Translation to name a few.
