People say I'm too nice which to them means they think others can walk all over me. To me, I just see it as treating people the way I want to be treated. I'm honestly not a big fan of movies on the first date. It's bad enough when there's awkward silence for a few minutes, even seconds, but to sit in silence with someone you don't know for hours I find a little awkward. If you have a dog I would be fine with going to a dog park. Truthfully, first dates are nerve racking to me so as long as we both feel comfortable and can hold a conversation I'm good.

Oh, geez. This is the difficult part of the profile....writing about myself. First you must understand that I am a Christian. I am not one that checks that box and then goes on to say that I attend drinking parties and sleeps around before marriage. I do my best to follow the New Testament and try to make the choices needed to be a Godly example. So, please if you have no consideration for at least trying to be a moral person know that there would be a high chance of it not working out between us.I have been teaching first grade for five years now. I love the little ones and I am not sure I would ever want to teach students beyond second. For one thing they are all taller than me after that! I just finished up my Masters Degree (May 13’). I am so glad that has been completed but now I’m getting the urge to continue school again…must be the learner in me. Fun? I like to do a lot of different things but I don’t always get to enjoy them. I like to camp, kayak, swim, hike, bike, and other things I can’t think of at the moment. I am trying to get into running. My sister, dad and I are entering a half-mathron so I am just in the beginning phases of training for that. If I have the money…I travel. I LOVE to travel. I have been to eight or so countries. If given the chance to move to Europe for a few years I would JUMP on it! I would love to teach in a military based school in Germany. Maybe one day I can make that happen.
