I am a runner and weight lifter. I have to be. Those activities keep me upbeat and healthy.I'm not the type to sit in front of the television for extended periods of time. Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy a good movie every now and then, but for the most part, I would rather be doing something outside, or mildly creative inside.
