Friends and family would describe me as a dedicated, driven, outgoing, funny (maybe a tad sarcastic), and loyal woman. I am open to try all kinds of new things from food, to music, and travel. I have four half marathons under my belt and hope to get a full under there one day soon. I would appreciate having someone who would like to run with me even if it's only a fun 5K from time to time. My daughter and I still roller skate at least once a month as well. Super fun, great exercise, and great music......can't beat it. I would simply love to find someone compatible that would compliment me that I would do the same for. I am looking for a fun loving, understanding, secure man that is open to whatever may happen at the end of this adventure. I have no interest in being a serial dater nor being someone's "girlfriend" at 50:) I am looking for that man who is ready to give his all....faithfully, honestly and openly. The man that is not afraid to be sensitive, sweet, caring, and to show his feelings. However........not a weak man......it's a delicate balance. He must be educated, goal oriented, and one day, if he's so blessed, be able to set a good example around my little Princess.A lot to think about huh? Well a woman with no expectations for her man.........probably doesn't have many for herself either.......hmmmmmm. I try very hard not to judge a book by its cover and expect the same of others. I really don't like trying to summarize myself in a few lines. If you are after drama, really into psycho-chics, or don't like animals, then you probably won't like me much.Something a little unique about me....I actually like cold weather. I will gripe a bit like everyone else, but I prefer the cold to hot. I love snow. I would rather cuddle up in front of a fire than lounge around on a beach. One of the most amazing experiences is to be cozy in a hot tub with the snow falling on your face, especially if you can see the stars too. I have been known to take walks during a cold, clear, calm night in winter. I plan to go see the Northern Lights sometime, hopefully soon, during my life.If you are willing to "Meet Me," then message me...duh. First date....that's a toughie. I like to do so many things. I love exploring the different restaurants around this area, especially local. I will usually try somewhere new on a recommendation. I like music, whether it is a cover band or local original. I like to shoot pool and play cornhole. I am a coffee fiend. First dates can be as simple as meeting for a cup at Starbucks to going out and doing the whole "routine." I don't always like calling it a first date as much as a first meeting because some people just don't click.
