I have been living on my own for a long time - I want a close, intimate relationship; not joined at the hip ***, but completely committed to each other. I don't think it's necessary, or even desirable, for a couple to share every interest and activity, but to be a priority in each other's lives.First date? Ideally someplace where we could relax and have a quiet conversation. Maybe have a glass of wine or a Margarita or coffee. The venue really is not important - it's all about the process of getting to know each other!

Mmmmm where do I start. I now live in Lincolnshire but have moved around the country a fair bit in the past. Been on my own for 8 years now, although I enjoy life now i do feel it's time i had someone else in my life to share those special times.I have two boys both have flown the nest now, time for me PHEW!!!!! though I do miss them.I'm kind, caring and tend to give more than i expect in return. Not into falling out would much rather talk things through rationally. I enjoy going out to the pictures, theatre, days out at museums, places of interest and love most sporting events especially motor sport F1 and rallying. I sit on Wakefield Biodiversity Group, I am an active member of the local badger group and have been involved with rescuing wildlife for many years, at the moment I am adoptive mum to a young meerkat who has now a forever home with me. He is amazing so tame and gets on with other pets.My exercise plan is not down at the gym! What am I looking for?... a good friend, someone to talk to, a companion to go out and about with and if we get on then who knows. What I don't want is a guy that is much younger then myself, i don't need a sex god and one night stands. I am not into mind games and I certainly don't bite so guys please feel to contact me... you may be surprised.Anywhere safe... not too much to ask is it.
