Hello! Like most people, I hate writing about myself but here goes! I grew up in Wyoming and have lived in Vegas since ***. I've never been married and have no kids. I'm very open to my partner having kids though. I have a tendency to be independent and able to take care of myself - years of being single does that to a girl. :) That being said, I want a man who can be my backup and soft spot to fall. I speak my mind, but am kind and compassionate toward those I care about. I love doing things with friends and family and would like to have a partner who wants to join me - I'm kind of tired of being the third wheel at these functions! BBQing, firepits, movies, game nights, football games..... I go to Disneyland a lot - having a partner who would go with me on occasion would be awesome! Believe it or not, it is quite a different experience without kids. I also volunteer for a Shar-Pei rescue - it has been very rewarding for me. I enjoy cooking (especially when it's for more than just me) and sitting outside enjoying a beer or glass of wine. I work out ***days a week and try to keep it healthy. I'm currently training for my first half marathon in September. Staying fit is important to me. So, here is what I would ultimately like to find. A man who is secure in who he is - does the right thing and doesn't think twice about it. Is caring and compassionate toward others in a genuine way - not just because it might make him look good. Having a great sense of humor and being able to let loose and goof around is important to me- life is about having fun! Having some level of physical attraction is necessary, but so much plays into that for me. A great smile that is reflected in your eyes about does me in!     I have to admit the thought of going to meet a total stranger makes me nervous. I had another hockey team in my 'dark (red)' past.... BUT PLEASE NOTE: I married incredibly young & had my 1st child at the age of only 17 & the last at 22 years. I have 3 children the oldest is my only son, and my 2 daughters are in happy marriages & have 5 children between them. My oldest daughter had her 1st child at a young age. SO this means that I have an 18 year old grand daughter. My 1st Grandbaby was born when I was 38 years old! (My dear Mom was 39 when she had me!) Age is truly a number & I cherish every year I have lived!(mmm some more than others ... LOL!)I think it would be nice to meet a man & just have good conversations, have fun, enjoy events. If sparks fly ....I would love to listen to good music. A walk would be nice. And I would enjoy a good cup of tea!
