My interests also include history, international travel, the outdoors, animals, and much more. My grandfather was a veterinarian and I inherited his love for "all creatures great and small."All types of music except rap and techno bring me pleasure. I love the theater.....especially musicals.....Broadway, London....anywhere. When adventure calls.....I go. International travel is the best as I love learning about other cultures. History .....US or foreign...intriques me.Reading is one of my passions. I enjoy writing alone and have written two quirky books so far. Painting in different mediums relaxs me. So does gardening and nature.Cuddling by a warm fire with someone you care for is lovely. A bottle of good wine adds to the ambiance.If you're out there.....I hope we meet.     I always hate writing about myself, mainly because there is nothing special about me. I have always lived in Pennsylvania. I have no human children and have never been married. I worked two jobs most if my adult life. I was a teacher for 24 years and always had a second part time job. Several years ago, I developed a foot problem that prevents me from being on my feet for long periods of time so I am on disability. In Dec of ***, I was diagnosed with Cancer. After Chemi - surgery - radiation- and more chemo I doing very well. I have four SMALL DOGS. 3 Pugs and a Pekingese. They keep me going.
