They say friends make the best relationships. It takes time to build a great relationship looking for someone that is interested in doing just that. Getting to know each other by taking things SLOW and by getting to know each other first and then let the rest happen naturally. You must be honest, trustworthy and respectful. I have a pretty busy life right now because of working on my Masters. So you must be patient and flexible. I changed my status to dating because of my busy life but would like to make the time to meet someone special. I am a pretty healthy eater and stay fit. I love my family and my pets and want someone that would love to be a part of that. My daughter is extremely important to me but is starting a life of her own. I love nice restaurants, talking, beach, walking, camping, movies, live concerts,also some sporting events (not a fan of watching any sports on tv but love a good live hockey game),etc. You must love to dance also. I hate to sit down once the music starts playing. Really looking for someone who is FAITHFUL,honest, intelligent, must be at least spiritual, open-minded and caring of others. I've been a single mom for most of my daughters life and even though she's an adult we have sort of changed our relationship since she as found a good friend who I also call my other daughter.     Sometimes I feel like I was born in the wrong time. I'm not at all into the whole modern dating scene and the whole casual 'hookup' thing is just beyond me. I love kids and animals. I believe insubmitting to my partner as head of household, and giving him both the power and the responsibility to protect and guide, including enforcing that through the practice of domestic discipline.I have cerebral palsy and use a wheelchair. It's the reality of my life, but it doesn't change the fact that I am an independent adult. I'm not embarrassed by it nor do I mind talking about it so if you want to know ask. There's no such thing as a stupid question.Go to a park or restaurant and just hang out and get to know each other.
