I worked for several years at an educational produce farm in Valley Center (Bell Gardens Farm), then managed an intergenerational science program for seniors and elementary students which led to being a curriculum developer for a high school environmental science text. Next I was a barista at Starbucks for 5 years, and now I'm working at Trader Joe's. Whew!I enjoy interacting with people and (hopefully) making a positive difference in their lives. I love spending time with my friends and family, and have friends ranging from their 20's to their 60's. To me age doesn't matter.....the person, their spirit and their attitude do. I love dogs (well, pretty much all animals), laughter, hugs and the smell of citrus blossoms. I'm hoping to find a man who loves and accepts me for who I am, and I will do the same for him.I have a great network of friends I'd love to introduce you to and hope you do to. I love to try new things, to work hard and workout, and be spur-of-the-moment. I own my own home in Escondido, have a 24-yr old son who's married, graduated from college and even has a good job in his field (biology). I grew up in the SF Bay Area (Marin County) and all my family still live there so I visit several times a year.. I love an afternoon at the beach.....boogie boarding in the water and laying in the sun. I make an mean margarita with all natural ingredients and enjoy a glass of fine red wine. Update: Ok so time has passed since I wrote this...and I'm finding that my wishes change...I'm just looking to have old fashion fun not get serious yesterday...if I'm time it happens so be it but in doing this I find it's very hard to find that person you want to give up freedom for...not so much freedom but the ability just go..I imagine if at some time the chemistry is right.....who knows...at this point just having some fun would be nice...and I don't mean musical beds...like it use to be...I still am kinda on the crazy/fun side so who knows...
