I enjoy travelling- Some of my favorite places are Morocco, Southern Spain, Paris, Vancouver , San Francisco, and Boston.Some of my favorite artists are Celine Dion, anything U2, Indie Pop, and Enrique *** up in Montreal, great city, some of the best dining places are in this quaint city. A great getaway only three hours away . I now live in Chicago. My experience has been good here as well. I now call it home.My family lives in Toronto. I enjoy going back to visit at least twice a year. Most of my time here is spent with friends. It is not about the quantity of people we know, but keeping quality people who are reliable, who can share good and bad times, and are not judgemental.I work in the corporate controllers group of a well established firm.I believe in work life balance. I make time to spend with family and friends, so I won’t look back one day thinking that life was just about work. However, I do take my career seriously as well.I am traditional in some ways, meaning…I still like to have the door opened for me, and feel that a man should be able to provide for his family. I believe in a relationship based on loyalty, respect, and trust and sharing. I take my commitments very seriously and expect the same of others.My view on success in life is to keep looking at the full side of the glass even though the other half is empty. Remaining optimistic and keeping steadfast in thanking God for what we do have today, attracts more positive things our way. And, reminding ourselves that with every hardship in life, there is relief…it’s a matter of patience.My ideal date would be dinner and a walk along the lakefront.

Have not snow skied or water skied in a long time. Would like to learn to kayak and do some biking. I need a teacher!! There is NOT much that I am not interested in. Cuddling on the sofa watching a sports event with "my honey" is prefect also! Glass of wine on the patio with friends all works for me. Brought up on a farm so I am a basic person. No games or baggage. I try to live each day to the fullest and grateful for everything and everyone in my life. My "treasures" are my friends and family. I'm a very open person so just ask. I am not looking for someone to take care of me, I am financially secure. I am looking for someone that enjoys some of the things I do, likes to dance, slim to average size and will teach me new things so he can expand my interests and pleasures!
