I don’t fit into a mold. On one hand, I’m your basic Buddhist/Quaker/Jewish spiritual growth junkie. On the other, I can’t wait to find a man to take me to the Sierras or The Barber of Seville. Even though I’m semi-retired, my desire for social justice is not. I’ve taught Alternatives to Violence to inmates, listened to Israelis and Arabs share their stories, and contributed to MoveOn’s push for health care reform. But my passion to leave the world a better place doesn’t begin to address my passion as a woman. I want to kiss you as soon as you come home. Clean up after you’ve made stir-fry. Buy you that shirt that brings out the color of your eyes. I want to share my theory of Edgar Sawtelle being a Greek tragedy. I want to finish your sentences, and have you finish my lunch – well, sometimes. I want to laugh with you about the news, or that word you made up in Scrabble. But most of all, I want to be loved by you, held by you, cherished by you. Although I enjoy theater, dance, literature and walking, what really matters to me is our connection, our shared values, and our sense of responsibility to building something bigger than ourselves.You bring me to see the mongoose that lives on Mt. Tam. We attend your practicum on basket weaving. We visit your left-footed dance group. And, of course, we try out your favorite restaurant where patrons make the sushi.

Want to come with me? It's fun!Try coffee at wherever we should decide to meet up... Maybe go for a walk afterward... Lots of beautiful country to see here anytime of the year, go for a ride and check some of it out... I'll drive...unless you really want to.
