This is not a place I ever expected to be, but then, who does??. It's very difficult trying to critique yourself......... I am a person with a big heart , feet firmly planted on the ground and would be grateful to find someone with whom to share "life". As for my physical appearance....I am petite, fit and said to be personable and attractive . I am the mother of two wonderful children, now grown and on their own, and live in the city for which I am eternally grateful. He gave me his permission, I tweaked it a bit, and so here is your thought for the day:I have to wonder sometimes how many things we miss out on in life because we have all these standards. We see a picture,,, naw, not skinny enough, or too skinny, too short, too tall, too athletic, not athletic enough... in the meantime, that person that WON'T break your heart has been sitting, waiting, hoping for someone just like you. Someone who in all reality you will probably judge and then pass by. What a shame, we ALL need to step back a few paces and look at things the way they really are,,,, everyone is beautiful in so many ways it'd make your head spin! Let's all give each other a break and at least more than a passing glance shall we?Well, a first date is a good way to find out what you have in common, and if there should be a second date! The best way to do that is to go for coffee, dinner or even a drink, so long as wherever you go has a nice atmosphere and is quiet enough that you can hear each other talk! If it seems like a second date is a good idea, then doing something fun together is a great way to break the ice! Go play a round of mini-golf, go bowling (even if you're terrible...I know I am! LOL), have dinner at a sushi place, go to the racetrack or drag races, or take in a hockey game... something that gets you laughing and involved!
